The original fragrances of Essenza di Cortona are the result of a long research and selection of olfactory notes born from the collaboration between Antonio Aimi, a pharmacist from Cortona and a staff of perfumers friends from Grasse in Provence.  Essenza di Cortona was conceived in two different fragrances:one for women, fresh and particular at the same time, which instantly captivates for its seductive femininity and one for men, elegant and captivating blend of male olfactory perceptions.

Each fragrance is a complex formulation of dozens of expertly dosed essences, some that recall ancient scents of the Tuscan territory, others with a more exotic touch that complement and give the perfume that peculiarity and uniqueness that distinguish it.

The home fragrances of Essenza di Cortona are inspired by the scents and breezes of the countryside and woods that surround this ancient land.

The invigorating smell of must from September grapes, of the berries or the melancholic notes of the dry leaves of the mountain over Cortona to recall ancient aromatic infusions, give way, in the course of the seasons, to the sweet scents of lavender and chamomile.  From the paths along the Etruscan walls derive notes of the chlorophyll of the olive and fig leaves while the sunny countryside gives  the unmistakable aroma of green tomatoes.
